Commerce City, CO (Sports Network) - Colorado Rapids defender Diego Calderon
is expected to miss the next 4-5 months after undergoing microfracture surgery
on his right knee on Thursday.
Calderon started each of Colorado's first four games this season, but suffered
the injury in his team's defeat against the Los Angeles Galaxy on Saturday
when he crashed into the goalpost while clearing a shot off the goal line.
