Canucks cruise past Flames

Vancouver, BC (Sports Network) - Henrik Sedin scored once and had two assists and Daniel Sedin added three helpers as the Vancouver Canucks cruised to a 5-2 win over the Calgary Flames on Saturday.

Alexandre Burrows had one goal and an assist, while Dan Hamhuis and Alexander Edler added one goal apiece for the Canucks, who hold a four-point edge over the Minnesota Wild for the top spot in Northwest Division standings.

Cory Schneider had 36 saves in the win.

Dennis Wideman and Alex Tanguay each scored once and Matt Stajan added two assists for the Flames, losers in five straight.

Miikka Kiprusoff had 17 saves in the setback.
