Nashville, TN (SportsNetwork.com) - Wide receiver Damian Williams and middle
linebacker Moise Fokou are among several Tennessee Titans who will not play in
Thursday's short-week clash against fellow AFC South member Indianapolis.
Williams, Tennessee's primary return man and No. 3 receiver, is dealing with a
hip injury that also kept him out for Sunday's 29-27 loss to previously
Fokou, meanwhile, will miss a fourth straight game due to a knee sprain. The
offseason addition had compiled 40 tackles, two forced fumbles and one sack
while starting the Titans' first six contests of 2013.
Tennessee also formally ruled quarterback Jake Locker out for Thursday's
divisional tilt. The team had announced Monday that the oft-injured third-year
pro will be sidelined for the remainder of the season after suffering a
Lisfranc injury to his right foot in the Jacksonville game.
Rookie Brian Schwenke, who has taken over as the Titans' starting center, is
also out after sustaining a high ankle sprain in Sunday's loss.
Tennessee also declared reserve back Tommie Campbell (shoulder), with rookie
linebacker Zaviar Gooden (hamstring) listed as questionable.
