Bronx, NY (Sports Network) - Nelson Cruz belted a two-run homer in the top of
the seventh inning to help the Texas Rangers beat the New York Yankees, 8-5.
Adrian Beltre finished with three hits and two RBI for the Rangers, who had
won five straight before losing Tuesday's series opener.

down, but simply didn't make the catch, and the error left two men in scoring

with a sacrifice fly.
Joe Nathan retired the Yankees in order in the home half to earn his 26th save
of the season.
