This Friday Tattnall will fight on in the second round of the AAA GISA playoffs.  They will hit the road against Tiftarea.

At practice Wednesday, Head Coach Joey Hiller says they will host the series down the road and when a team comes in and see the five championship markers on the wall, well he says that just puts a bigger bulls-eye on the Trojans back.

Hiller has seven seniors and since they won it all last year they've got a lot of experience in the dugout.  He says he keeps reminding them of that magical moment when they got the final out in the State Championship game last year.

But first things first and Hiller knows Tiftarea won't lie down.

"They are a lot like us they've got some good pitching depth, they play hard, they play small ball and  they're aggressive. we tell them (our kids)  all the time its about what we do.

So Tattnall is six wins away from another State Championship. We will keep you posted on their progress.
