Atlanta, GA (Sports Network) - The Atlanta Braves activated outfielder Jordan Schafer from the 15-day disabled list prior to Saturday's game against the Miami Marlins.

Schafer missed 32 games with a right ankle contusion. He was hitting .312 with six doubles, three homers and 15 RBI before the injury.

To make room on the roster for Schafer, Atlanta optioned outfielder Jose Constanza to Triple-A Gwinnett. Constanza hit .160 in 14 games for the Braves.
