Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine expects lawsuits to be filed Tuesday against his client the secretary of state because of the election. DeWine has a small army of lawyers standing by.
DeWine also told reporters at a rally for Mitt Romney in a Columbus airport hangar that the Ohio election will be so close it could come down to provisional ballots. And those ballots don't get counted until 10 days after the election.
Still, DeWine expects Romney to win the state. "If I didn't think that," he said, "I'd keep my mouth shut. I think he's got the momentum."
