NEW YORK (AP) - Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney speaks before the Clinton Global Initiative's annual meeting in New York today.
Romney is expected to outline plans to change the way America gives out foreign aid. The plan would tie development money to requirements that countries allow U.S. investment and remove trade barriers.
President Barack Obama will also address the gathering.
