The Bibb County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man who robbed a north Bibb County hotel Wednesday afternoon.
A man walked into Travel Lodge on Riverside Parkway, asking for room rates, then demanded money while he showed a black handgun, witnesses say, according to a release.
That was around 12:45 p.m.
Once he had received cash from the desk, he left. He was last seen in the Hooter's restaurant parking lot.
He's described as 5-foot-7, about 150 pounds with long dreadlocks and wearing sunglasses, a light blue Aeropostale jacket with white embroidered writing, blue jeans, with a blue-and-orange baseball cap, with eyes and a beak designed to look like "Perry the Platypus."
No one was hurt.
