Macon Police Seek Bank Robber

Macon police are asking for the public's help in identifying a man they say robbed a bank Monday morning.


It happened around 11:15 at the Bank of America at 2720 Riverside Drive.


They say the man walked up to the counter and handed the teller a note demanding money. Then he left with an undisclosed amount of money.


He's described as a white male in his late 20s or early 30s, 6 feet tall, 200 pounds, with short brown hair and wearing a yellow T-shirt with a dark blue windbreaker.
