General manager Victoria Fisher says this is the first year that they will be open, and she's expecting a pretty good crowd.
"It seemed like a lot of people were interested, a lot of people don't have anywhere to go on Christmas. A lot of places are closed and a lot people don't want to cook, said Fisher. "We have great food so we figured we'll be open for Christmas. A little shorter hours, but we wanted to have a place for people to go and enjoy and have a good home-cooked meal,"
The Macon restaurant on Presidential Parkway is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., but the Golden Corral in Centerville will be closed for the day.
