Tomorrow voters in Macon-Bibb County will select the mayor and decide four commission races that were forced into a runoff after the September 17th special election.
Current Macon Mayor Robert A.B. Reichert and former Mayor C. Jack Ellis are on the ballot as well as candidates in the second, fourth, sixth and eighth district races.
Early voting ended last Friday at the Bibb Board of Elections office on Pio Nono Avenue. That day was marked with delays and long lines of voters. Trouble that was blamed on poor internet connections, by election officials.
Tuesday voters will go to their precinct locations inside the contested runoff districts.
The newly elected officials will take office in January.
