Macon Police say someone slashed the tires of six patrol cars early Monday morning.
According to an incident report, a Macon Police officer was on patrol when he saw a large gathering of people around midnight on Montpelier Avenue.
He then contacted other officers are met them nearby on Iris Street near Poppy Street and Pansy Avenue.
When they parked and walked up to disperse the crowd, who had been loitering and leaving open alcohol containers, they came back to their patrol cars to find all six cars had a flat fire from a puncture that appeared to be from a blade.
The officers were unable to find any possible suspects after searching the area. The report lists the potential charge as six counts of interference with government property.
