Macon District Attorney David Cooke released police dash-cam video, interviews and 911 calls related to the December 21 fatal shooting at the Kroger on Pio Nono Avenue.

This video comes from the first backup officer to meet Macon Police Officer Clayton Sutton, who shot and killed Sammie Davis, Jr.

Cooke announced March 12 that the shooting was justified.

Upon arriving, the officer gets out and goes over to Sutton, who appears to put up his hand tell the office to step back.

With his gun still drawn, Sutton seems to point to Davis, who is out of view.

Another officer then comes over to Sutton. Moments later, an ambulance arrives, and Sutton directs it towards Davis.
