A suspected meth lab bust kept Macon law enforcement busy early Wednesday morning.
13WMAZ learned the bust happened off Vineville Avenue near the intersection of Brookdale Avenue and Kingsbury Drive.
Police dispatch confirmed that location to us, along with several news tips.
Our crew on the scene saw several cop cars, along with a HAZMAT vehicle and a firetruck.
The police on the scene say the house was suspected of meth activity for a while, but "not known to be active." They only confirm they found "something," but would not verify the location of the lab.
In a news release, police spokeswoman Jami Gaudet says investigators found two bottles -- 12- and 16-ounces respectively -- "containing residue."
