Two Injured in South Macon Shooting

The Bibb County Coroner's Office said an overnight shooting early Thursday morning was not fatal.

Macon Police were called to the scene of the shooting in South Macon.

It happened in the 1300 block of Triple Hill Drive just before 2:30 a.m. Police say the call was for two people being shot.

As of 4 a.m., police dispatch confirmed detectives were still on the scene.

Initial reports are that one of the people was shot in the face and then taken to the hospital.
