Warner Robins City Councilman John Williams is in another police report.

A Warner Robins police report says he was involved in a confrontation with another city official at a Watson Boulevard Waffle House.

The report says Williams was arguing with Tony Robbins, chairman of the downtown development authority when the councilman "lost control of his emotions" and began throwing food, coffee and water at Robbins.

There were no injuries and no arrests.

Williams told 13WMAZ's Lorra Lynch-Jones that it was an accident and he did nothing wrong.

That's the same Waffle House, at 1501 Watson Blvd., where Williams last year allegedly lost his city cell phone and accused a homeless woman of stealing it. Williams now faces a charge of filing a false police report. He says he's innocent.

Last September, he was also accused of pointing a gun at a tenant. And another man told police that Williams showed up at his house after the man sent the councilman a critical e-mail.

Williams was not charged in connection with those two cases.

Robbins could not be reached for comment Monday.
