SAVANNAH, Ga. (AP) - The Georgia Public Service Commission and Atlanta Gas Light have reached a settlement stemming from three gas leaks.

Tim Echols, a Georgia Public Service Commissioner, said an investigation revealed gas lines were allegedly not properly marked in three Chatham County leaks in 2012.

Echols told WTOC that the commission will vote on whether to accept the terms of the $50,000 settlement at a future meeting.
