Punxsutawney Phil did not see his shadow this morning, signaling there will be an early spring. Around 20,000 people gathered in the city of Gobbler's Knob, Pennsylvania, to see the groundhog's prediction live.
Georgia's own groundhog General Beauregard Lee came to a different conclusion, though. The furry fellow did see his shadow this morning in Stone Mountain at the Yellow River Game Ranch where he resides. Legend says this means six more weeks of winter. General Lee made the announcement on his Twitter page.
If you're not sure who to believe, this statistic may settle the score once and for all. General Lee has an amazing 94% accuracy rate compared to Phil's 39% when it comes to making this annual weather prediction.
