ATLANTA (AP) - Mayor Kasim Reed wants to know what Atlanta residents and visitors think about Atlanta government. To find out, the city is launching an online survey.
It is available at atlantaga.gov/survey. Reed's office plans to collect public opinion through the spring of 2013.
Reed said residents and visitors should expect a high level of customer service from all agencies and offices of the city. One of his aides, Kirstin Canavan Wilson, said the responses will be used to identify areas that need improvement.
Earlier in Reed's term, the city of Atlanta adopted a so-called Customer Bill of Rights. It states, among other principles, that everyone dealing with the city has a right to courteous treatment, easy access and responsive service.
