The Bibb County School Board is set to begin the evaluation process outlined in Superintendent Romain Dallemand's contract.
A source familiar with the process tells 13WMAZ that the board will hear from the superintendent regarding areas on which he is required to report.
Most likely, the session tonight will go into executive session to discuss the superintendent's evaluation and the timeline.
Dallemand's contract calls for board members to evaluate his performance by Nov. 15.
By Dec. 31, the board is to notify the superintendent whether they plan to extend his contract, which ends June 30, 2013.
According to Dallemand's contract, the board was also supposed to evaluate him in 2011, but did not.
