Blueberry Angel Food Delight
1 8oz package cream cheese, softened
1 cup confectioners sugar
1 8oz carton whipped topping, thawed
1 prepared angel food cake (14oz) cut or torn into 1" cubes
2 21oz cans of blueberry pie filling
In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar. Fold in whipped topping and cake cubes.
Spread mix evenly into an ungreased 13"x9"x2" dish
Top with pie filling. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight before cutting into squares.
