8 pastry cups (or phyllo dough*)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Chocolate bar for curls
8 oz low fat Ricotta cheese
1 tsp Grand Marnier (any orange flavored liquor)
1 tablespoon Confectioner's sugar
2 tablespoons of chopped nuts
*If using phyllo dough, lay one sheet on parchment paper, spray with Olive oil spray. Repeat and use four sheets. Cut into six squares and place the squares in muffin tin. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned.
For the pastry shells, pre bake them as well, prick the bottom and place in oven for about 6 minutes or until light brown. Bake at 350 degrees.
Mix all the other ingredients together. After pastry shells are cooled, fill with cheese mixture. Garnish with chocolate curls and chopped nuts.
