Fish Tacos with Sauce
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
¼ chopped fresh cilantro
1 package taco seasoning
1 lb cod or 1 lb white fish fillet, cut into 1" pieces
2 T vegetable oil
2 T lime juice
1 package flour tortillas or corn shells either soft or hard
Chopped tomato and jalapenos
Slices of avocado
Combine sour cream, mayo, cilantro, and 2 T taco seasoning in a small bowl to make the sauce.
Combine fish, vegetable oil, lime juice and remaining taco seasoning mix in medium bowl; pour into large heated skillet.
Cook, stirring constantly, over medium high heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Fill taco with fish mixture, add topping and sauce.
