CANNON'S CRUNCHY POTATO BITES

 1 CUP COOKED MASHED POTATOES

 1 CUP GROUND COOKED HAM

 ½ CUP (2 OZ) SHREDDED SWISS CHEESE

 2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS

 1 EGG, BEATEN

 3 TABLESPOONS MAYONNAISE

 1 TEASPOON PREPARED MUSTARD

 ¼ TEASPOON HOT SAUCE

 1 TEASPOON NATURE'S SEASONING

 1 CUP CRUSHED CORN FLAKES

 

 PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES.  COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CORN FLAKES.  SHAPE MIXTURE INTO 1 INCH BALLS; COAT WITH CORN FLAKES.  PLACE ON LIGHTLY GREASED BAKING SHEET; BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES, SERVE WARM.
