White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Cookies
1 cup, 2 Tablespoons Flour
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 stick butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
9 ounce white chocolate chips
1 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Sift together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, mix at medium speed cream butter with sugars for 2-3 minutes until fluffy
Beat in egss and vanilla.
Reduce speed and beat in flour mixture just until combined.
Stir in chocolate and nuts.
Use one tablespoon of dough per cookie
Cook for 9-12 minutes until golden brown
