INGREDIENTS:


LARGE POT OF BOILING WATER
1 TABLESPOON LIQUID LOUISIANA CRAB & SHRIMP BOIL
2 TABLESPOONS OLD BAY SEASONING
SMALL NEW RED POTATOES
SMOKED BEEF SAUSAGE, CUT INTO 1 INCH PIECES
SMALL EARS OF CORN
LARGE UNCOOKED EASY PEEL SHRIMP



THIS RECIPE CAN SERVE 2 OR 20 SO NO EXACT AMOUNTS ARE REQUIRED - THE MORE SERVINGS, THE MORE INGREDIENTS - ADJUST SEASONINGS ACCORDINGLY.

TO THE LARGE POT OF SEASONED BOILING WATER, ADD THE POTATOES AND LET COOK ABOUT 25 MINUTES, THEN ADD THE SMOKED BEEF SAUSAGE PIECES AND THEN THE CORN. LET ALL COOK UNTIL DONE - ABOUT 20 MORE MINUTES. WHEN ALL INGREDIENTS ARE DONE, ADD THE SHRIMP AND COOK FOR 4 MINUTES AND NO LONGER OR ELSE THE SHRIMP WILL OVERCOOK.

DRAIN POT OF WATER AND DUMP ONTO NEWSPAPER AND SERVE WITH BUTTER AND COCKTAIL SAUCE.
