Tomato and Bacon Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onion
  • Can of tomatoes, drained
  • 1 lb bacon, cooked crisp, cooled and drained
Directions:
  1. In medium bowl, with mixer, blend sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, and chopped green onion
  2. Crumble bacon into small pieces and add to mixture
  3. Add chopped tomato and stir well
  4. Serves with Ritz Crackers, Wheat Thins, or Frito Scoops
