Fish with the mixture of chowder

Choose any type of white fish or salmon
Filets (number as desired)
Choose the type of seasoning
Garlic
Cajun
Lemon pepper or other
¼ stick of butter

Place filets in baking dish with melted butter add desired spice to the fish and bake approxmately 15-20 minutes depending on size.

Carefully remove to plate and add mixture to cover fish.
This can be served on bed of rice and eaten with salad or steamed vegetables.

The fish can be pan fried or deep fried.
