One loaf sourdough bread
8 ounces Brie cheese (triple blend is good)
1 large granny smith apple cut into thin slices
1 small bag spinach leaves
Soften butter infused with garlic or omit garlic if you don't like it
You may use Pam or a Panini press or sandwich press
Slice bread into 1" thick slices
Slice Brie, this is not easy; slice with sharp serrated knife when cheese is cold
Butter each slice of bread on one side, on half the bread slices (non buttered side) layer cheese, apple slices, and spinach leaves. Top with slice bread with butter on top of it.
Heat a non stick skillet over medium to medium high heat and put sandwich in skillet. Cook on one side until brown, flip and cook on other side.
