Swimsuit season is here! You can eat yummy treats and still look great in your bikini.
This is a tasty and well balanced treat just in time for the beach.
1 cup Peanut Butter (1/2 cup low fat & ½ cup regular)
2 cups plain Oats
1 cup liquid egg whites (pasteurized)
4 scoops chocolate protein powder (whey or protein of your choice)
1 cup fat-free milk
1 tsp Stevia (add more to make sweeter)
Unsweetened Coconut or Nuts
Directions: Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. In a separate bowl mix the peanut butter and egg whites. Microwave the peanut butter and egg whites for 30 second intervals until it mixes well. Then add this to the dry mix. Add the milk and mix all ingredients. Then form the mixture into small balls. Roll in unsweetened coconut or nuts. Refrigerate until the balls are firm. Enjoy!
