1 lb of sausage of choice
1 green / yellow and red pepper
1 purple onion
1 sweet onion
1 part of fresh garlic
Extra light virgin olive oil
Seasons of choice
Prepare item into bite size pieces. Place items into fryer or wok. Add olive oil enough to cover items to prevent sticking. Slowly cooking items for approx 20 min or until slightly tender. Prevent items from becoming over cooked. Add other season to taste. May be served over a bed of rice or with a baked potato.
Place items on skews and can be cooked on the grill as well as in the oven by placing items in baking dish and cooking at 350 degrees.
