Hannah Coleman from Kool Beans Coffee in Forsyth joined us in the Mornin' Grind to show us how to make their coffee banana morning smoothie.
1 green banana
about 1/4 cup iced coffee
about 1/4 cup skim milk
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2-1 cup of ice (depending on how thick the ice is)
Blend ingredients together in blender until smooth.
Tips: When you make your iced coffee, double the strength. That way, when you pour it over ice it won't become diluted. After making coffee, pour it over ice and put it in the refrigerator to chill. The coffee will be good for about 7 days.
