Vegetables in Oil and Vinegar

4 medium tomatoes
4 medium cucumbers
1 green bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
1 yellow or white onion
1 red or purple onion
1 cup vinegar
2 table spoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of dried parsley

Rinse all vegetables. Cut tomatoes into 1/8 sections. May or may not peel cucumbers. Slice cucumbers into bite size pieces. Slice bell peppers into bite size pieces. Slice onions into slices or quarters. Put vegetable into glass bowl. Pour vinegar over vegetables and add oil. Then sprinkle other ingredients over dish and serve chilled.

Garlic may also be added for a different desired flavor
