Hashbrown Casserole

1 (32 oz.) bag of frozen hash browns thawed
1/2 cup margarine or butter, melted
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 oz) container sour cream
1 (10.75 oz) can cream of chicken soup
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon lemon pepper (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine soup, sour cream, margarine, cheese and thawed hash browns. Pour into a 9 x 13 greased baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Add topping. Bake 45-60 minutes

¼ cup margarine or butter melted
2 cups corn flakes, crushed

Mix margarine or butter with crushed cereal. Sprinkle over top of potato mixture before baking.
