The GBI Wednesday said investigators believe 67-year old Jesse Edge shot and killed 32-year old Misty Lee Oliver, then turned the gun on himself.
The two were found dead last Friday at Edge's waterfront home in Pulaski County on Riverview Drive.

Records reveal Edge was previously convicted of a killing. In July 1990, Edge shot and killed his 30-year old wife Barbara Thompson-Edge at the home they then shared in Perry.
Edge was initially charged with murdering his wife, but was convicted of voluntary manslaughter. He was in jail from February 1991 until his release on parole in May 2004.
Sometime after that, Edge moved to Pulaski County. The GBI says it's unclear what the exact relationship was between Edge and Misty Lee Oliver.
