INVESTIGATORS ALSO COLLECTED EVIDENCE OUTSIDE THE APARTMENT... INCLUDING A SHIPPING LABEL FROM AN INTERNET STORE CALLED BULK-AMMO.COM. AND INVESTIGATORS ARE SAID TO HAVE A SURVEILLANCE VIDEO OF HOLMES PICKING UP ABOUT 160 POUNDS OF AMUNITION AT A FEDERAL EXPRESS OUTLET. THEY SAY HOLMES SPENT 15-THOUSAND DOLLARS TO BUILD HIS ARSENAL OF GUNS, CHEMICALS, EXPLOSIVES AND AMMUNITION.
JAMES HOLMES IS BEING HELD IN SOLITARY CONFINEMENT AS HE AWAITS A MONDAY MORNING COURT APPEARANCE.
MEANWHILE, AUTHORITIES RELEASED THE NAMES OF THE 12 PEOPLE KILLED IN THE SHOOTING. THE YOUNGEST, ANNIE DALTON'S 6-YEAR OLD GREAT-NIECE, VERONICA MOSER.. WHOSE MOTHER REMAINS IN CRITICAL CONDITION.

IN BIBB COUNTY... THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE IS INVESTIGATING A SHOOTING THAT HAPPENED EARLY THIS MORNING.
SHERIFF'S SPOKESMAN SEAN DEFOE SAYS 18-YEAR-OLD KENDRAY WALDEN WAS AT A PARTY AT THE TRAVEL LODGE HOTEL AROUND 4 A.M.

STATE REPRESENTATIVE ALLEN PEAKE IS WEIGHING IN ON A CONTROVERSIAL BIBB SCHOOL DISTRICT AUDIT.
PART OF THE AUDIT LOOKED AT BOARD MEMBER EMAILS... AND THE RESULTING REPORT FEATURED 26 EMAILS THAT THE AUDITING COMPANY SAYS VIOLATES BOARD POLICIES... OPEN MEETING LAWS... AND OTHER RULES.
IT RELATED SOME OF THE EMAILS TO BID RIGGING... AND USING THE POSITION ON THE BOARD FOR PERSONAL AND POLITICAL REASONS.
BOARD MEMBER GARY BECHTEL SAYS HE SENT ALL THE EMAILS... AND ONE OF THEM INCLUDED SUE SIPE... ANOTHER BOARD MEMBER.
BECHTEL BELIEVES BOTH OF THEM ARE BEING PUNISHED BY DISTRICT LEADERSHIP FOR CONSISTENTLY OPPOSING SUPERINTENDENT ROMAIN DALLEMAND AND HIS POLICIES.
THIS MORNING ALLEN PEAKE SPOKE OUT ON FACEBOOK AND TWITTER... SUPPORTING GARY BECHTEL.
WE CAUGHT UP WITH HIM THIS AFTERNON, AND ASKED WHY.
"i know Gary Bechtel. I've known him all my life. I know he has impecable character. I know he's a man of integrity, I know he would never do anything o benefit himself personally by using his elected position. So that's the premise i'm coming from I know the man. He's a good solid public servant and we need more public servants like him so there was no doubt that I needed to defend gary."
PEAKE SAYS HE AGREES WITH BECHTEL... SIPE... AND ANOTHER BOARD MEMBER LYNN FARMER THAT THE REPORT UNFAIRLY SINGLED OUT TWO BOARD MEMBERS.
BOARD PRESIDENT TOMMY BARNES SAID THURSDAY THAT WASN'T THE CASE, BECAUSE ALL BOARD MEMBERS E-MAILS DATING BACK TO 2008 WERE AUDITED.
CONVICTED MURDERER WARREN HILL IS SET TO BE EXECUTED WEDNESDAY... AND THIS MONDAY... AN ANTI-DEATH PENALTY GROUP PLANS TO SHOW THEIR OPPOSITION.
HILL HAD BEEN SERVING A LIFE SENTENCE FOR SHOOTING HIS GIRLFIREND, WHEN HE KILLED HIS CELLMATE AND WAS SENTENCED TO DEATH.
HE HAS AN I-Q OF 70... WHICH IS IN THE RANGE OF SOMEONE WITH MENTAL RETARDATION.
IT'S AGAINST STATE LAW TO EXECUTE THE MENTALLY DISABLED... BUT THE DEFENDANT HAS TO BE PROVEN SO BEYOND A REASONABLE DOUBT... AND HILL HAS NOT.
ON MONDAY THE STATE BOARD OF PARDONS DENIED CLEMENCY FOR HILL... AND THE GROUP, GEORGIANS FOR ALTERNATIVES TO THE DEATH PENALTY... SAYS THAT WAS THE WRONG DECISION.
THEY WILL HOLD VIGILS IN 11 CITIES AROUND THE STATE THIS MONDAY TO SUPPORT HILL.
IN MACON... THE VIGIL WILL BE AT CITY HALL AT 6:30.

WHAT USED TO BE A THREE-STORY HOUSE...IS NOW COVERED IN ASH.
LIGHTING STRUCK THIS HOUSE TUESDAY EVENING... BUT THE CAMPBELLS THOUGHT THEY GOT OFF LUCKY....
marvin campbell -i said, honey i think that was pretty close
THAT'S BECAUSE THE FLAMES FROM THE LIGHTING STRIKE WERE CONFINED TO THE ATTIC
marvin -so we went up to the attic and the attic was on fire. we called 911. within minutes they came out here and put it out.
THE CAMPBELLS MOVED INTO A HOTEL. THREE DAYS LATER...THE HOUSE CAUGHT FIRE....AGAIN.
stephanie campbell -turned the corner on the main street there and i noticed my home was up in flames. all i could do was cry.
marvin -each day we've been coming back to the house and i didn't really notice anything. i mean it was hot. but i thought it was because it was hot outside.
RANDY DAVIS OF THE WARNER ROBINS FIRE DEPARTMENT...SAYS THE LIGHTNING STRIKE DAMAGED WIRES...WHICH LIKELY RE-IGNITED FLAMES.
stephanie -it just seems like a dream, surreal. it didn't seem real at all and it still don't
marvin -you hear a person gets struck by lightning, a house gets struck by lightning but you never think it's going to be you.
THE CAMPBELLS WERE NOT ABLE TO SALAVAGE ANY BELONGINGS IN THE FIRE.
JUDY LE...13WMAZ...EYEWITNESS NEWS.
