FRANK SAYS HIS SON WAS TALKING AND ALERT BEFORE HIS SURGERY... AND IT COULD HAVE BEEN A LOT WORSE.
THE BIBB COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE SAYS THE CAUSE IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION.
