SOT Hill: 200 Luther Williams ball field is a perfect, beautiful period era ball field. It's not been renovated; it's not been touched. And that's a great thing for film makers because if they're looking for somethign in that era, that saves them so much money. They don't have to go back and you know, make something look older than it is. 219

DOWNTOWN MACON IS A MONEY SAVER FOR FILMMAKERS, BUT A BOOST FOR THE ECONOMY.

STANDUP: At the Luther Williams Field, the production crew has started to prepare for the filming of Clint Eastwood's new movie. They said they rented out the place for about five to six days. And they even amped up security by employing a dozen Macon police officers for Thursday.

LINDA WILLIS HAS BEEN GOING TO CHEERS FOR THE PAST THIRTY YEARS. SHE SAYS IT'S A SHAME THE BAR WOULD BE CLOSED OFF TO THE PUBLIC DURING PRODUCTION.

SOT WILLIS: 215 I think they should leave it open and let everyone see ho w amovie is produced and even if I have to stand a little ways back, ust to be a part of seeing the process of everything...and to at least say I saw the back of Clint Eastwood's head or his double 244

CHEERS MIGHT BE A PLACE WHERE EVERYONE KNOWS YOUR NAME...BUT FOR THE NEXT TWO DAYS...YOUR NAME HAS TO BE CLINT EASTWOOD TO GET IN.
