A HANCOCK COUNTY GRAND JURY RULED TONIGHT THAT NO CHARGES WILL BE FILED AGAINST ANYONE INVOLVED IN THE OCTOBER FOOTBALL BRAWL.

IT HAPPENED AFTER A GAME BETWEEN HANCOCK COUNTY AND WARREN COUNTY IN SPARTA..
AMY AUBERT GOT A COPY OF THE GRAND JURY'S PRESENTMENT... AND TELLS YOU WHY THEY SAID... NO ONE SHOULD FACE CHARGES.

A HANCOCK COUNTY GRAND JURY RULED WEDNESDAY NIGHT... THAT AFTER REVIEWING ALL EVIDENCE... NO ONE WILL BE CHARGED IN THE BRAWL THAT ERUPTED BETWEEN TWO RIVAL HIGH SCHOOLS AFTER A FOOTBALL GAME.

Fred Bright: "Most of the Warren players are pointing the finger at Hancock County saying they threw their helmet at us first, they started the fight. And most of the Hancock players are saying the exact opposite."

IT HAPPENED JUST AFTER THE GAME BETWEEN HANCOCK CENTRAL AND WARREN COUNTY ENDED... IT LEFT WARREN'S COACH... DAVID DANIEL... WITH SEVERE FACIAL INJURIES.

DANIEL... WHO TESTIFIED WEDNESDAY... LEFT THE COURTHOUSE AROUND 2-30 IN THE AFTERNOON... APPEARING UPSET... BUT BEYOND A HEADACHE... HE WOULDN'T SAY WHY.

Amy Aubert: "Do you have any kind of reaction as to what happened in there?"
David Daniel: "I can't comment, dear. Amy, I'm sorry, I cannot comment."

DANIEL SAYS FACIAL SURGERY LEFT HIM WITH FIVE PLATES IN HIS HEAD... AND MORE THAN 150 STITCHES.

Bright: "Some people from Warren County saw the coach get hit, you get different stories, anywhere from one person hit him to three people hit him. But nobody can identify who hit coach."

ACCORDING TO G-B-I RECORDS... A 17-YEAR-OLD HANCOCK PLAYER ADMITTED TO PUNCHING COACH DANIEL IN THE FACE TWICE... BUT SAYS DANIEL HIT HIM FIRST.
AND ANOTHER HANCOCK PLAYER SAYS HE SAW IT HAPPEN.
DANIEL SAID MONDAY HE REMEMBERS YELLING WHAT ARE YOU DOING... THEN WAKING UP IN THE HOSPITAL.

Daniel: "It was handeled great."

HANCOCK SHERIFF TOMLYN PRIMUS SAYS A LETTER FROM WARREN COUNTY SUPERINTENDENT CAROLE JEAN CAREY TO JUDGE PRIOR... ONLY TELLS HER SIDE.

Primus: "There is two sides to a story. She told her side of the story, and everytime a question was asked of me, I explained to you guys, she is not telling the truth."

THE LETTER SAYS PRIMUS TOLD CAREY HE WOULD INVESTIGATE IT FROM QUOTE THE HANCOCK PERSPECTIVE.

PRIMUS SAYS HE SUPPORTS ANY DECISION MADE BY THE GRAND JURY... AND HE HOPES THE QUOTE BLACK EYE OF THE SITUATION GOES AWAY SOON.

THE WARREN COUNTY LETTER ALSO MENTIONED THAT THE TEAM WAS LOCKED OUT THE HANCOCK LOCKER ROOM.

A G-B-I REPORT SHOWS THAT WARREN COUNTY'S FOOTBALL MANAGER ADMITS TO HAVING THE KEY... AND SAYS SHE WAS UNLOCKING THE DOOR WHEN THE INCIDENT OCCURED.
THE REPORT SAYS THAT KEY HAS NOT YET BEEN FOUND.

A CENTRAL GEORGIA REPRESENTATIVE WANTS LAWMAKERS TO CONSIDER A BILL THAT WOULD GIVE PEOPLE CONVICTED OF A D-U-I A FRESH START.
REPRESENTATIVE RUSTY KIDD... AN INDEPENDENT FROM MILLEDGEVILLE SPONSORED THE NEW BILL.
IT WOULD ALLOW PEOPLE TO ERASE A DRUNK DRIVING CONVICTION FROM THEIR RECORD.. IF THEY DON'T DO ANYTHING ELSE TO PUT PENALTY POINTS ON THEIR LICENSE FOR FIVE YEARS.
THE BILL HAS NOT YET BEEN HEARD BY A COMMITTEE.

ANOTHER BIG TOPIC AT THIS YEARS LEGISLATIVE SESSION... IMMIGRATION.
RANDALL SAVAGE TALKED WITH REPRESENTATIVE JAMES BEVERLY ABOUT DEMOCRATS EFFORTS TO GET RID OF THE CONTRIOVERSIAL LEGISLATION.

TWO OTHER DEMOCRATIC LAWMAKERS FILED A BILL TODAY THAT WOULD EXTEND THE DEADLINE BEFORE COMPANIES HAVE TO USE THE FEDERAL E-VERIFY DATABASE.
THE STATE REQUIRES BUSINESSES TO USE THE DATABASE AS PART OF AN ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION CRACKDOWN.
THE BILL WOULD PUSH BACK THE DATABASE DEADLINE FOR SMALL COMPANIES WITH MORE THAN 10 BUT LESS THAN 50 EMPOLYEES FROM 2013 TO 2015.

THE THIRD MACON-BIBB FIREFIGHTER WHO RECEIVED DISCIPLINE FOR HER PART IN A HOAX SHOOTING... TOOK HER CASE BEFORE A JUDGE TODAY...

STEPHANIE BURKE TOLD A JUDGE ROBERT HERNDON ABOUT HER INVOLVEMENT IN THE PRANK AT STATION 108 IN SEPTEMBER...
SHE SAYS SHE HEARD CONVERSATIONS ABOUT PLANNING... BUT THAT IT WAS NOT SET IN STONE AND SHE DID NOT HELP ORGANIZE IT..
SEVERAL OTHER FIREFIGHTERS SAY BURKE DID HELP TO PLAN THE STUNT.
FIRE CHIEF MARVIN RIGGINS SAYS HE FELT BURKE WAS NOT HONEST WITH HIM ABOUT HER ROLE.... AND FURTHER INVESTIGATION SHOWED HER LAUGHING AND HIGH-FIVING IN THE VIDEO AFTERWARD...
BUT BURKE SAYS SHE WAS JUST AS SURPRISED AS THE ROOKIE... WHO WAS THE TARGET.

bURKE: "Of course you can see it in the video eveyrbody was laughing about it and I was like oh my god I can't believe yall did that. you got me. I can't believe yall wow you go me.

BURKE'S LAWYER ASKED THAT THE JUDGE RECOMMEND OVERTURNING HER 20 DAY SUSPENSION AND DEMOTION...

TWO OF THE MEN ACCUSED IN AN ALLEGED WARNER ROBINS MURDER-FOR-HIRE CASE... PLEAD NOT GUILTY THIS AFTERNOON.
JAMES EDDY CLEMENTS AND ROBERT SYBERT ARE ACCUSED OF KILLING JONI CLEMENTS LAST YEAR.

JAMES CLEMENTS WAS JONI CLEMENTS HUSBAND.
AS HE CAME INTO THE COURTROOM TODAY... THEIR DAUGHTER AND A FEW FAMILY MEMBERS SHOWED THEIR SUPPORT FOR HIM.
CLEMENTS NODDED TO THEM AS HE LEFT THE ROOM.
THE FAMILY OF ROBERT SYBERT.. WHO IS ACCUSED OF HELPING TO PLAN CLEMENT'S MURDER.. WAS ALSO THERE AS HE PLEADED NOT GUILTY.

HIS SON... RICHARD SYBERT....IS THE ACCUSED SHOOTER IN THE CASE.
HE SCHEDULED TO ENTER HIS PLEA TODAY.... BUT THAT WAS CANCELED LAST WEEK AFTER DISTRICT ATTORNEY GEORGE HARTWIG FILED A MOTION TO SEEK THE DEATH PENALTY AGAINST HIM

POLICE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERSON.. THEY SAY SHOT A MAN ON A WARNER ROBINS STREET TODAY.

POLICE SPOKESWOMAN TABITHA PUGH SAYS... IT HAPPENED AROUND 12:30 THIS AFTERNOON ON WENDAN WAY.
THAT'S NEAR GREEN STREET AND NORTH DAVIS DRIVE.
PUGH SAYS POLICE FOUND TWENTY-TWO YEAR OLD LACOURTNEY CHESTER IN THE STREET WITH A GUNSHOT WOUND TO THE ABDOMEN.
HE WAS TAKEN TO THE MEDICAL CENTER FOR TREATMENT.

PUGH SAYS POLICE ARE NOW LOOKING FOR TWENTY-TWO YEAR OLD KEN SOLOMON.
SHE SAYS SOLOMON HAS ACTIVE WARRANTS FOR AGGRAVATED ASSAULT AND POSSESSION OF A HANDGUN BY A CONVICTED FELON

HE ALSO TOLD THE JUDGE HE PLANS TO RAISE ISSUE WITH HOW SEVERAL PARTS OF THE CASE WERE HANDLED... INCLUDING SEARCH AND SEIZURE... AND MCDANIEL'S RIGHT TO REMAIN SILENT.
BUFORD ALSO INTENDS TO FILE A MOTION ASKING THAT THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY BE REMOVED FROM THE CASE BECAUSE OF A CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
LAST SUMMER... BUFORD FILED A SIMILAR MOTION WITH A DIFFERENT JUDGE AND LOST.

MCDANIEL WILL BE ARRAIGNED ON FERUARY 7TH.

BIBB COUNTY COMMISSION CHAIRMAN SAM HART WANTED THE BOARD TO HIRE A MANAGER FOR THE SPLOST PROJECTS THAT VOTERS APPROVED LAST SUMMER.

HART BROUGHT HIS CHOICE FOR THE POSITION.. ARCHITECT SCOTT THOMPSON.. TO A COMMISSION MEETING TO DETAIL HIS VISION FOR THE JOB.
BUT THREE OF THE FIVE COMMISSIONERS THOUGHT IT BEST TO PUT IDEA ON HOLD.. AND NOT VOTE ON IT AT ALL.
THOSE THREE WERE JOE ALLEN.. LONZY EDWARDS..AND ELMO RICHARDSON.
INSTEAD THEY VOTED TO HAVE RICHARDSON.. AN ENGINEER.. WORK WITH COUNTY STAFF TO DECIDE WHAT'S NEEDED TO MOVE SPLOST PROJECTS FORWARD.
HART SAYS THAT'S A BAD IDEA.
