CAROLYN ROBBINS WILL TAKE OVER THE POST TWO SEAT HELD BY TOM SIMMS JUNIOR ... MIKE BRASHEAR WILL REPLACE POST FOUR COUNCILMAN BOB WILBANKS... AND MIKE DAVIS WILL BECOME THE NEW POST SIX COUNCILMAN... REPLACING JOHN WILLIAMS.
THE THREE ARE SCHEDULED TO BE SWORN IN BY JUDGE ED LUKEMIRE TOMORROW AT 4 P-M INSIDE WARNER ROBINS CITY HALL COUNCIL CHAMBERS.

POLICE FOUND CRACK COCAINE AND MARIJUANA IN A MACON TEENAGER'S POCKETS AFTER HE WAS SHOT IN THE HEAD OVER THE WEEKEND.
THAT'S ACCORDING TO A MACON POLICE INCIDENT REPORT.
TODAY POLICE SAID THAT 18-YEAR-OLD QUINTAVIOUS HUTCHINGS' CONDITION HAD IMPROVING AND HE TALKED WITH DETECTIVES YESTERDAY AFTERNOON.
POLICE FOUND HUTCHINGS SHOT INSIDE A HOME ON ANTIOCH ROAD IN SOUTH MACON, AROUND MIDNIGHT SATURDAY AFTER A WOMAN CALLED TO REPORT A ROBBERY... AND SHOOTING.
THE REPORT SAYS THEY ALSO FOUND AN A-K 47 RIFLE... AND A HANDGUN.... NEAR HUTCHINGS.
POLICE ARRESTED HIS ACCUSED SHOOTER.... ZACHERY DEWAYNE GUYTON.... SATURDAY.
GUYTON WAS RELEASED ON BOND MONDAY.

INVESTIGATORS SAY A SPACE HEATER CAUSED A FIRE THAT DESTROYED A WARNER ROBINS HOUSE THIS MORNING.
WARNER ROBINS FIRE CAPTAIN JAMES FRANKLIN SAYS THE HOUSE ON GRENADA TERRACE WAS A TOTAL LOSS.
NO ONE WAS HOME WHEN THE FIRE STARTED BUT INVESTIGATORS SAY THE SPACE HEATER WAS APPARENTLY LEFT ON.
FRANKLIN SAYS MANY PEOPLE USE SPACE HEATERS TO LOWER THEIR POWER BILLS THIS TIME OF YEAR.
BUT HE SAYS YOU SHOULDN'T LEAVE IT ON WHEN YOU'RE NOT IN THE ROOM.
FRANKLIN ALSO SAID TO LEAVE THREE FEET AROUND THE HEATER... AND DON'T FALL ASLEEP WITH IT ON.
Captain James Franklin: " if you kick the covers off the bed and they fall against the space heater while you're sleeping it could catch on fire while you're asleep and that's not a good thing."
CAPTAIN FRANKLIN ALSO ENCOURAGES EVERYONE TO CHECK THEIR SMOKE DETECTORS ONCE A MONTH... HE SAYS THE SOUND OF THE BEEPING... COULD SAVE YOUR LIFE.

But it was Paul who was wearing the target Wednesday as rivals blasted him for saying the U.S. shouldn't bomb Iran to keep it from developing nuclear weapons.
