CHRISTMAS MEANS DIFFERENT THINGS TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE... WHETHER IT'S ABOUT OPENING PRESENTS, SPENDING TIME WITH FAMILY, OR CELEBRATING THE BIRTH OF CHRIST.

BUT ONE MEANING OF CHRISTMAS.. IS GIVING TO THOSE WE LOVE AND SOMETIMES-- TO THOSE WE DON'T KNOW AT ALL.

Sherry Greene, Gray: Just this big big trash bag with bows on it and we were like the kids were like, what is this?

Austin Lewis, Eyewitness News: Greene says she found the trash bag full of gifts right here on her front porch with note attached to Kami from Santa.

Kami Lynn, Gray: I done saw my name!

(nats of note reading)

THE NOTE SAYS SANTA ASKED A GRAY BUSINESS TO MAKE CHRISTMAS SPECIAL FOR A COUPLE OF GRAY ELEMENTARY STUDENTS---

INSIDE THE BAG THERE WERE 15 PRESENTS ALL FOR KAMI.

Sherry Greene, Gray: We just think of them as a guardian angel watching over us.

GREENE--- IS A SINGLE, WORKING MOM WITH TWO CHILDREN AND TAKES CARE OF KAMI WHO IS HER NIECE.

SHE SAYS WITHOUT THESE GIFTS---SANTA MAY NO HAVE LEFT AS MANY PRESENTS UNDER THE TREE

Sherry Greene, Gray: (2:25) The paying of the bills, making sure they have groceries, clothes and everything. And with the holidays coming up, you try to figure out how they are going to get those extra gifts for them.

Nikki Greene, Gray: Last year she didn't get that much, she got a lot, but she didn't get that much and this year she got a tree full.

AND KAMI WANTS TO LEAVE SANTA WITH A NOTE OF HER OWN---

Kami Lynn, Gray: I love you Santa, and I thank you.
