CAPTAIN RANDALL BANKS WITH THE HOUSTON COUNTY SHERRIF'S OFFICE SAYS ONE OF THE VICTIMS IS NOW AN ADULT AND THE OTHER VICTIM IS STILL UNDERAGE... AND THAT THE CASE GOES BACK ABOUT A DECADE.

Captain Randall Banks, Juvenile Division of Houston County Sherrif;s Department: All I can tell you is that the allegations related to their victimization go back to about 2001, so about 10 years ago or so, and some of it was ongoing, you know past that time, it was not just one occurrence.

SERGEANT BLACKMON SAYS.. SIMMONS TURNED HIMSELF IN THIS MORNING
ACCORDING TO THE HOUSTON COUNTY JAIL WEBSITE... SIMMONS WAS RELEASED AFTER POSTING A FIVE THOUSAND DOLLAR BOND THIS MORNING.
EARLIER THIS MONTH... SIMMONS WAS RELEASED ON A 20 THOUSAND DOLLAR BOND AFTER BEING CHARGED WITH TWO OTHER COUNTS OF CHILD MOLESTATION.
THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE TELL US THIS IS AN ON-GOING INVESTIGATION.

TWO FORMER PENN STATE OFFICIALS WILL STAND TRIAL IN CONNECTION TO THE CHILD SEX ABUSE CHARGES AGAINST FORMER COACH.... JERRY SANDUSKY.
FORMER ATHLETIC DIRECTOR TIM CURLEY.. AND THE SCHOOL'S FORMER VICE PRESIDENT OF CAMPUS POLICE ARE CHARGED WITH LYING TO THE GRAND JURY... AND NOT REPORTING THE SEXUAL ASSAULT THEY ALLEGEDLY KNEW ABOUT.

EARLIER TODAY... PENN STATE ASSISTANT FOOTBALL COACH MIKE MCQUEARY TOOK THE STAND AND EXPLAINED EXACTLY WHAT HE REPORTED TO SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS.
IN A PRESS CONFERNECE AFTER THE HEARING... CURLEY'S ATTORNEY SAID PROSECUTORS WILL HAVE A HARD TIME PROVING THEIR CASE.

Under the circumstances today we feel that although the magistrate judge found that the commonwealth was able to meet their burden of proof which is very, very low at this hearing they will never be able to reach their burden of proof at a trial."

SANDUSKY SAYS HE'S INNOCENT OF MORE THAN 50 CHARGES OF SEXUAL ABUSE ALLEGEDLY COMMITTED OVER 15 YEARS.
CURLEY WAS PLACED ON LEAVE.

THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION HAS CHARGED SIX FORMER TOP EXECUTIVES AT FANNIE MAE AND FREDDIE MAC WITH CIVIL FRAUD.
THEY SAY THEY MISLED THE GOVERNMENT AND TAXPAYERS ABOUT RISKY SUBPRIME MORTGAGES THAT THE MORTGAGE GIANTS HELD DURING THE HOUSING BUST.

A NEW DISPLAY HONORING THE ALL-BLACK FLYING UNIT.. THE TUSKEGEE AIRMEN... TOOK CENTER STAGE TONIGHT.
WARNER ROBINS'S MUSEUM OF AVIATION HOSTED AN EVENT TO RECOGNIZE THE AIRMEN AND INTRODUCE THEIR NEW EXHIBIT THAT THEY SAY WILL EDUCATE AND INSPIRE GENERATIONS TO COME.

<<The evening paid tribute to heroes... People came out to the Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins for a Ribbon cutting for the Tuskegee Airmen and to show off an exhibit in their honor. Leroy Eley was a member of the trailblazing group. He says he wished the new exhibit came sooner.

sot: The thing that saddens me is that it comes at such a late time. When so many Tuskeegee Airmen are deceased.

BUT IT'S FINALLY HERE AND FORMER U-S AMBASSADOR AND CIVIL RIGHTS LEADER... ANDREW JACKSON YOUNG from Atlanta SAYS HE'S GLAD TO BE A PART OF THE DEDICATION. He served as guest speaker.

sot: When Hitler attcaked the USA, we might have been black, we might have been segregated but all of us wanted to fight and they said that black people couldn't fly planes. Eleanor Roosevelt, the president's wife came to Tuskee and went up in a plane with a black pilot and that pretty much settled that issue.

He says the Tuskegee Airmen proved to the world that they were just as passionate and talented as other airmen.

sot: They were heroes. They fought with distinction and they were some of the best pilots the Army had.

sot: You know, the Air Force was the Department of Defense that actually broke the color barrier and we're very proud of that.

Dudley Bluhm...Deputy Director of the Museum of Aviation says Central Georgia and younger generations can learn a lot from these men, about their struggle and journey through the new exhibit.

sot: We have a lot of kids in our area and they can come here and see these guys, Kids nowadays are looking for heroes and these are some great heroes and great people to pattern our lives after.
