SERGEANT DOUG BLACKMON WITH THE HOUSTON COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE SAYS THESE CHARGES COME FROM TWO MORE ALLEGED VICTIMS.
CAPTAIN RANDALL BANKS WITH HOUSTON COUNTY SHERRIF'S OFFICE SAYS ONE OF THE VICTIMS IS NOW AN ADULT AND THE OTHER VICTIM IS STILL UNDERAGE... AND THE CASE GOES BACK.. ABOUT A DECADE.

Captain Randall Banks, Juvenile Division of Houston County Sherrif;s Department: All I can tell you is that the allegations related to their victimization go back to about 2001, so about 10 years ago or so, and some of it was ongoing, you know past that time, it was not just one occurrence.

SERGEANT BLACKMON SAYS.. SIMMONS TURNED HIMSELF IN THIS MORNING
ACCORDING TO THE HOUSTON COUNTY JAIL WEBSITE... SIMMONS WAS RELEASED AFTER POSTING A FIVE THOUSAND DOLLAR BOND THIS MORNING.
EARLIER THIS MONTH... SIMMONS WAS RELEASED ON A 20 THOUSAND DOLLAR BOND AFTER BEING CHARGED WITH TWO OTHER COUNTS OF CHILD MOLESTATION.
THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE TELL US THIS IS AN ON-GOING INVESTIGATION.

THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION HAS CHARGED SIX FORMER TOP EXECUTIVES AT FANNIE MAE AND FREDDIE MAC WITH CIVIL FRAUD.
THEY SAY THEY MISLED THE GOVERNMENT AND TAXPAYERS ABOUT RISKY SUBPRIME MORTGAGES.. THAT THE MORTGAGE GIANTS HELD DURING THE HOUSING BUST.
THOSE CHARGED INCLUDE THE AGENCIES' TWO FORMER CEOS, DANIEL MUDD OF FANNIE MAE AND RICHARD SYRON OF FREDDIE MAC.
FANNIE AND FREDDIE OWN OR GUARANTEE ABOUT HALF OF U.S. MORTGAGES.... OR NEARLY 31 MILLION LOANS.
THE BUSH ADMINISTRATION SEIZED CONTROL OF THE MORTGAGE GIANTS IN SEPTEMBER 2008.

ABOUT 25 SOLDIERS WHO FOUGHT IN THE IRAQ WAR WILL RETURN TO ROBINS AIR FORCE BASE SUNDAY.

WHEN HE WAS FOUR YEARS OLD HE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH PEDIATRIC CANCER.
HE GOT TO WORK ABOUT A MONTH AGO COLLECTING HUNDREDS OF TOYS TO BRING CHRISTMAS TO KIDS WHO MAY BE CELEBRATING IN A HOSPITAL ROOM.
