MOSBY SAYS PEOPLE WHO HEAT THEIR HOMES WITH ELECTRIC HEATERS... ALSO NEED TO BE CAREFUL.

"They'll turn the thermostat down at night and just place the heater close to the bed. And it'll get too close to something combustible. Same thing in the bathroom. A lot of times what we see in the bathroom is there'll be a stack of newspapers or magazines."

SINCE DAYLIGHT SAVING ENDED EARLY THIS MORNING.... AND EVERYONE TURNED THEIR CLOCKS BACK AN HOUR... MOSBY SAYS ITS A GOOD TIME TO CHANGE THE BATTERY IN YOU SMOKE DETECTOR TOO.

Hammock:" We named her Hope because we wanted her to live, we really did."

Tallman: "For the other animals that are going through this, I guess raise a voice against anumal cruelty."

Hammock: "A nation's their heart is judged by the care of their animals, it not only biblical but its morally ethical."

A FORMER PENN STATE FOOTBALL COACH IS ACCUSED OF SEXUALLY ASSAULTING SEVERAL YOUNG BOYS....

AND TWO HIGH LEVEL UNIVERSITY OFFICIALS FACES CHARGES THEY TRIED TO COVER IT UP....

DREW LEVINSON HAS THE LATEST ON THE INVESTIGATION.....

Former Penn State defensive coordinator Jerry Sandusky is out on bail.

The 67-year-old is charged with sexually assaulting eight underage boys over a 15 year period.

He says he didn't do it.

(:13-:20) (SOT Joe Amendola/Sandusky's Attorney) "JERRY'S VERY, VERY DEPRESSED. HE'S VERY UPSET. HE'S VERY DISTRAUGHT ABOUT THE CHARGES, THE ALLEGATIONS."

Sandusky coached at Penn State for three decades before retiring in 1999.

Prosecutors accuse him of assaulting some of the victims on campus.

The grand jury concluded Sandusky had access to vulnerable children through a charity he founded for at risk kids.

(graphic) Pennsylvania Attorney General Linda Kelly said - - "This is a case about a sexual predator who used his position within the university and community to repeatedly prey on young boys."

Lawyers are also investigating a possible cover-up.

In 2002 a graduate assistant reported he saw Sandusky assaulting a ten year old boy in a shower.

Legendary Head coach Joe Paterno passed the complaint onto Athletic Director Tim Curley and a Vice President Gary Schultz . Prosecutors charged those two with not alerting police.

(1:11-1:18) (STANDUP Drew Levinson, Harrisburg, PA) Curley and Schultz say they did nothing wrong and deny the charges . Still they are expected to turn themsleves in here in Harrisburg Monday.

Students at Penn State are stunned.

(SOT TOO SHORT ) " IT'S HEARTBREAKING."

(1:22-1:27) (MICHAEL BRIGNOLA/STUDENT AT PENN STATE) "YOU DON'T EXPECT THOSE THINGS ESPECIALLY BEING HERE AT PENN STATE. WE PRIDE OURSLEVES ON RESPECT.

Paterno released a statement Sunday saying among other things he's shocked and saddened.
