ATTORNEY AND ARTIST GENE HARRINGTON IS NO NEW COMER TO HOUSTON COUNTY POLITICS.
HE SERVED FOR SIX YEARS ON THE COUNTY COMMISSION... AND 19 YEARS AS THE CITY HOUSING AUTHORITY'S LAWYER.
Gene Harrington: (30:40) "The experience I have, I have an abundance of experience as far as education."
HARRINGTON HASN'T RUN FOR OFFICE SINCE THE LATE 80'S... BUT HE SAYS RECENT STRIFE ON COUNCIL PROMPTED HIM BACK INTO THE POLITICAL ARENA.
Gene Harrington: (34:00) "I think they're probably a very good group of people, but as a group, they're not a team. I hope with the new faces, we'll have more of a cohesive group."

HE'S A COMPUTER PROGRAMMER... WHO SAYS HE GREW UP IN FLORIDA AND NEW YORK... THEN WENT TO COLLEGE IN GEORGIA.
George Zorilla: (52:59) "I have a degree in marketing and understand how to work well with others. Experience wise, the ability to adapt and come into new experience and make the best of those."

Linda Ramsey, Oak Hill Principal: "It's just that taste of success, once you taste it, you just want more and more of it."
