HELLO EVERYONE AND THANKS FOR JOINING US.
I'M LEAH JOHNSON..
AND I'M FRANK MALLOY.. THIS IS EYEWITNESS NEWS AT SIX.

OUR TOP STORY AT SIX... A FORMER WARNER ROBINS PASTOR WHO PROTESTED AGAINST WARNER ROBINS HIGH SCHOOL'S DEMONS MASCOT LAST YEAR IS SUING THE CITY.
THE REVERAND DONALD CROSBY FILED A LAWSUIT TODAY IN U-S DISTRICT COURT IN MACON AGAINST THE CITY OF WARNER ROBINS AND TWO POLICE OFFICERS.
HE CLAIMS FALSE IMPRISONMENT... FALSE ARREST... MALICIOUS PROSECUTION... BATTERY AND HARASSMENT.
HIS SUIT SAYS HE AND SUPPORTERS FIND THE DEMONS LOGO AND MASCOT "OFFENSIVE TO GOD."
I said the Demon is a deity
CROSBY WAS ARRESTED AT LEAST TWICE IN AUGUST 2010 DURING PROTESTS OUTSIDE WARNER ROBINS HIGH SCHOOL.
HE SAYS DESPITE HIS ARRESTS... HE'S HAPPY WITH THE END RESULT.
And I'm honored, I'm so glad they locked me up, just like the locked up ever other prophet, every other preacher, every other apostle who really stood for God in the Bible. We all got locked up, all of us. But my whole purpose was not have to take the demon down because, this is a stubborn and sitff necked and rebelious people so, I was pretty sure the weren't going to do that. But, what was supposed to happen was they were supposed to know Jesus was not pleased. And whether they know it or not That whole city has Jesus' name in their mouths, for a season. Even if it was for negative reasons.
CITY ATTORNEY JIM ELLIOTT SAID THEY JUST RECEIVED THE LAWSUIT THIS AFTERNOON.
BUT HE SAID CITIES CAN REGULATE PROTESTS TO MAINTAIN PUBLIC ORDER AND THAT THE CITY AND POLICE HANDLED THE CROSBY CASE FAIRLY.

THIS STORY HAS MANY OF YOU COMMENTING ON OUR 13WMAZ FACEBOOK PAGE.
HARRY WROTE... "THIS MAN WAS PUT IN JAIL OVER HIM EXERCISING HIS FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHT WAS HE NOT? DID HE AND HIS FLOCK COMMIT A CRIME WORTHY OF BEING ARRESTED FOR?

WHILE YOU WOULD SIT AT THE STOPLIGHT... HE & HIS WHOLE GROUP WOULD HARRASS DRIVERS BY YELLING AT THEM AND WAS EVEN HARRASSING THE INNOCENT KIDS WALKING TO SCHOOL THOSE MORNINGS.
