GOOD EVENING ... AND THANKS FOR JOINING US FOR EYEWITNESS NEWS....

I'M BRITTINY BARBER..

FIRST TONIGHT... THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE CONTINUE TO RALLY ACROSS THE COUNTRY AND WORLD... AS PART OF THE OCCUPY WALL STREET MOVEMENT...

AND IN CENTRAL GEORGIA... A GROUP OF DEMONSTRATORS CAME OUT FOR THE SECOND WEEK OF MACON'S VERSION...

OCCUPY MACON GATHERED FOR THE FIRST TIME LAST SATURDAY... AND TODAY THE GROUP PLANNED TO MARCH TO DOWNTOWN BANKS....

THEY DID HOLD UP SIGNS PROTESTING BANK FEES... AND ASKING PEOPLE TO HONK IF THEY KNOW SOMEONE WHO NEEDS A JOB...

NATHAN (BOO-SHAR) BOUCHARD SAYS HE DROVE DOWN FROM GRIFFIN WHICH.... IS JUST SOUTH OF ATLANTA... TO PROTEST CORPORATE GREED....

"What the banks have done over the past five, ten years and going before that, have just been a horrible thing or this country. And we're seeing overseas, we're seeing in Greece, we're seeing in Spain, we're seeing for the European Union right now, it's just been a terrible thing, a global thing."

THE GROUP PLANS TO COME OUT AND DEMONSTRATE NEXT WEEKEND AS WELL....

THEY SAY THEY ALREADY HAVE A PERMIT FROM PARKS AND RECREATION.

ABOUT 100 PEOPLE CAME TOGETHER THIS MORNING....TO PAY TRIBUTE TO ROBERT (PEL-LE-SEAR) PELISSIER.

A MACON MAN WHO DIED IN A PLANE CRASH IN AUGUST.

FOLKS GATHERED AT THE WARNER ROBINS AIR PARK ESTATES... ACROSS FROM HOUSTON COUNTY HIGH SCHOOL... FOR A FLAG POLE AND PLAQUE DEDICATION CEREMONY....

(PEL-LE-SEAR'S) PELISSIER'S DAUGHTERS READ A BIBLE VERSE DURING THE CEREMONY.

THEY ALSO RELEASED BALLONS TO CELEBRATE HIS LIFE.

CHAPTER 38 OF THE EXPERIEMNTAL AIRCRAFT ASSOCIATON HOSTED THE CEREMONY.

(PEL-LE-SEAR) WAS A MEMBER OF THAT GROUP...

FUNERAL SERVICES WERE HELD TODAY FOR INDY-CAR DRIVER DAN WHELDON.

WHELDON WAS KILLED LAST SUNDAY IN A FIERY CRASH.... DURING A RACE IN LAS VEGAS....

THE PUBLIC WAS INVITED TO ATTEND THE CELEBRATION OF HIS LIFE... HELD AT FIRST PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH OF SAINT PETERSBURG FLORIDA....

WHELDON WON THE INDIANAPOLIS 500 TWICE -- INCLUDING THIS YEAR'S RACE....

HE WAS 33-YEARS-OLD.....

BACK IN CENTRAL GEORGIA... THREE HOUSES IN MACON ARE LITERALLY ON THE MOVE...

THEY SAT ON COLEMAN AVENUE FOR MORE THAN A CENTURY.

BUT TODAY... THEY RODE SLOWLY AROUND TATTNAL SQUARE PARK... ON THE WAY TO THEIR NEW HOME ON OGLETHORPE STREET....

THE HISTORIC MACON FOUNDATION AND MERCER UNIVERSITY PARTNERED TO MOVE THE HOUSES.... INSTEAD OF DEMOLISHING THEM... TO MAKE ROOM FOR PHASE TWO OF THE LOFTS AT MERCER VILLAGE...

THEY PLAN TO RESTORE AND SELL THEM ONCE THEIR AT THEIR NEW LOCATION....

BOWDEN TEMPLETON SAYS HE LIVES JUST AROUND THE CORNER FROM WHERE THE HOUSES WILL BE....

AND HE SAYS HE CAME OUT THIS MORNING TO SEE THE SPECTACLE....

"Most of us have never seen sienthing like this and houses arent supposed to be on wheels moving so it doen't make sense in many ways and theres also for me the engineering feat of itwhich i just think is kinda fascinating that you can pick a house up and pput it on wheels and move it."

THE HOMES WILL STAY PARKED ON ROSS STREET TONIGHT... AND THEY'LL FINISH THE MOVE TOMORROW MORNING.

THE STAFF AT THE MEDICAL CENTER OF CENTRAL GEORGIA WHO TAKE CARE OF PREMATURE BABIES... HAD A REUNION WITH SOME OF THEIR GRADUATES TODAY.

Mr. Cavanaugh :"She jus't turned one about a year agoe and she wasn't expected to live.... Its ust to let s know how blesses we are and what a difference the people at the NICU really make. Today is one of the good days that they getto see the fruits of their labor."

Kristie: "We dont get to see the nurses very often and we made such wonderful relationships with them and with Dr. Rodriguez and so this was just a good opportunity for us to drive up and see em."
