ABOUT FIFTEEN MINUTES AFTER A MAN ROBBED A DUBLIN GAS STATION... A GRIFFIN WOMAN SAYS OFFICERS ORDERED HER OUT OF HER CAR AT GUN POINT.
ON SUNDAY....DUBLIN POLICE SAY A MAN DRIVING A WHITE FORD EXPLORER ROBBED THIS NEIGHBORS EXPRESS GAS STATION.
BROOK WRIGHT ALSO DROVE A WHITE FORD EXPLORER NEAR DUBLIN THAT DAY... ON HER WAY HOME TO GRIFFIN.... WITH HER HUSBAND AND FIVE YEAR OLD SON.
SHE SAYS POLICE HAD A DESCRIPTION OF THE SUSPECT... AND A LICENSE PLATE NUMBER... BUT STILL PULLED HER OVER.
SHE SAYS SHE WAS TERRIFIED WHEN ABOUT TEN OFFICERS SURROUNDED HER CAR... DREW GUNS AND AND YELLED AT HER TO GET ON THE GROUND.
THEY QUICKLY REALIZED SHE DIDN'T MATCH THE SUSPECT'S DESCRIPTION... BUT SHE SAYS THE EXPERIENCE LEFT A LASTING IMPRESSION.
"The thing that upsets me the most is that my five year old is not a typical child. He's autistic. So you just can't explain what happened to him. He watched it all, and he was so upset he cried for two hours until he threw up."

DUBLIN POLICE CHIEF WAYNE CAIN SAYS THE OFFICERS WERE "VERY PROFESSIONAL" AND COURTEOUS....AND HANDLED THE STOP PROPERLY.
THEFT ALLEGATIONS BROUGHT AGENTS WITH THE GEORGIA BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION TO THE WILKINSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE TODAY.
AS BRITTINY BARBER FOUND OUT... IT STARTED LAST WEEK... AFTER A PROSECUTOR REPORTED THAT SOMEONE MIGHT BE STEALING FROM THE TAX COMMISSIONER'S OFFICE.
WEDNESDAY GBI AGENTS SPENT MUCH OF THE DAY INSIDE THE WILKINSON COUNTY COURTHOUSE AT THE TAX COMMISSIONERS OFFICE.
AGENT TOM DAVIS SAYS THEY'RE INVESTIGATING ALLEGATIONS OF THEFT.
Tom Davis, GBI Agent: "Basically all I can tell you at this particular time is that we were requested by the district attorney's office to look into some theft at the tax commissioners office.
TAX COMMISSIONER KVEIN RAUSCHER HAS BEEN IN OFFICE FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS ACCORDING TO THE COUNTY MANAGER DAVID FRANKS.
HE SAYS RAUSCHER AND FOUR OTHERS WORK IN THE OFFICE.
GBI AGENTS QUESTIONED SOME OF THE EMPLOYEES AND GOT INFORMATION OFF OF THE COMPUTERS IN THE OFFICE.
Tom Davis: "WE are conducting some interviews but we're primarily just imaging hard drives from computers and getting some documentation, some paperwork from the office."
THE INVESTIGATION SHUTDOWN THE TAX COMMISSIONERS OFFICE UNTIL LATE AFTERNOON CAUSING AN INCONVIENCE FOR SOME PEOPLE.
Angela Self, Danville: "I had came over here to take care of some business on my car and I find out that it's closed. It's disappointed very disappointing, because it reflects on our county it reflects on us as residents. I just makes everything look bad."
DISTRICT ATTORNEY FRED BRIGHT SAYS HE ASKED THE GBI TO INVESTIGATE THE THEFT ALLIGATIONS.

WITNESSES SAY THE SECOND MAN PULLED OUT A GUN AND SHOT WILLIAMS IN THE CHEST.
WILLIAMS IS IN STABLE CONDITION AT THE HOSPITAL.
NO ONE ELSE WAS HURT.
BIBB COUNTY SHERIFF'S INVESTIGATORS ARE STILL TRYING TO IDENTIFY THE SHOOTER.

AMY AUBERT WAS AT THE SCENE... WHEN CREWS STARTED CLEARING THE CARS... AND SAYS MOVING THE TRAIN WASN'T EASY PROJECT.
Amy Aubert, Eyewitness News: "According to a news release, at around 8:30 Wednesday morning, 18 Norfolk Southern Corp. train cars derailed from the track-- some of those cars you can see just behind me. The release from Norfolk Southern Corp. says the 48-car train was traveling Northbound and came off the track about 4 miles north of Juliette. Shane Cook, with the Monroe County Emergency Services, says the train was carrying the hazardous and flammable chemical, chlorobutane. The release says the chemical did not leak, when some cars derailed. Work crews are out here with equipment to move these cars from the track. One worker explained the derailment to me as a piece of metal on the track literally just turning over. So far, the reason for the derailment is unknown. In Monroe County, I'm Amy Aubert, 13 WMAZ, Eyewitness News."
