I'll wait and make my judgements on how I'm going to vote on certain things."
KAPLAN SAYS CRIME IS ONE ISSUE IN PARTICULAR THAT SHE'S LOOKING FORWARD TO TACKLING AS A CITY COUNCIL MEMBER.

Millions of playstation players around the world had their accts hacked .The security failure so big, sony shut down its online store, but now says 90 percent of its network operations are back.
Jeff Powers/Sony Playstation: Right now the playstation network is up and running, stronger than ever.
But Sony's security breach sent a warning shot through the entire gaming industry.
Ricardo Torres/Gamespot.com its something that everyone's trying to take into account as best they can, but its really hard to secure something against someone who's really trying to hack your system.
While the security breach remains a major concern for the industry, interestingly, polls show most video game fans are more concerned about getting to the next level of zelda, than their level of personal security.
